Easy to get to, hard to leave
Le Loft du Vieux Port is located in the most historic part of the city, overlooking Place aux Huiles by the Vieux Port.
By plane
Marseille-Provence International Airport is served by the major airlines such as British Airways and Air France. Next door, the new MP2 terminal has attracted the main budget airlines such as easyJet and Ryanair.
An air-conditioned shuttle bus service (Navette) operates from the airport to the city’s main train station. The coach departs every 20 mins from 5am to 1am. Journey time 25 minutes.
By train
Marseille’s main train station, Gare Saint-Charles, is located in the centre of the city.
The double-decker TGV trains from Paris take 3 hours. The apartment is 15 mins by foot from the station or two stops on the metro.
By metro
The apartment is two minutes walk away from the Vieux Port Metro Station on Line 1.
Take the Quai des Belges exit and walk two minutes along Quai de Rive Neuve to Place aux Huiles.
By road
Despite being in the heart of Marseille, it's surprisingly easy to drive to the apartment. Follow the A50 and exit at the Vieux Port (south side).
Take the Quai du Rive Neuve and turn right into Place aux Huiles where there is a 24-hour underground car park.
